Listing records on eBay one at a time doesn't scale.

Every record needs the artist, title, label, year, format, catalogue number and grading typed into eBay's form. Spreadsheet uploads cut the clicking but not the data entry. Your Discogs inventory already holds all of it.

How it works

Bulk list your Discogs inventory on eBay.

STEP 1

Import from Discogs

CrateFlow syncs a map of your Discogs inventory in the background. Search or browse it, select the records you want, and import them into your dashboard.

STEP 2

Create drafts in bulk

Select records and click Create Draft. CrateFlow builds an eBay draft for each one. Nothing is live yet.

STEP 3

Review and edit

Open any draft to adjust the title, condition, description, photos, package size or eBay Store category.

STEP 4

Publish in one click

Select your drafts and publish. They go live in the background, and the progress view shows what succeeded and flags anything that failed, with the reason.

Filled in for you

Complete eBay listings without the typing.

Titles

Built from the artist, release, format and catalogue number, the details record buyers search for.

Item specifics

Artist, album name, release year, record label, format, genre, catalogue number and barcode where Discogs has one.

Grading and condition

Discogs media and sleeve grades become eBay's Record Grading and Sleeve Grading, plus the eBay condition each category accepts.

Category and package size

Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and DVDs go to the matching eBay category, with weight and dimensions set for 7", 10", 12", CD and cassette.

Photos

The Discogs cover is used as artwork. Add photos of your own copy so buyers can see its condition.

Prices with your markup

eBay prices follow your Discogs prices, with an optional markup such as 1.15 for 15% to cover eBay fees.

Before you start

What you need to bulk list on eBay.

  • A Discogs seller account with the records you want to list.
  • An eBay seller account on the marketplace you sell from.
  • eBay Business Policies for shipping, payment and returns, set up in eBay Seller Hub.
  • Your inventory location, entered in CrateFlow Settings so eBay can calculate shipping.

eBay's own selling limits on your account still apply, however many records you publish.

After you publish

Bulk listing is step one. Staying in sync is the rest.

Once your records are live on both platforms, smart sync checks every hour. A record that sells on Discogs is ended on eBay, and an eBay sale is removed from Discogs.

The easiest & quickest way to list from Discogs to eBay

"The item specifics are filled in by Crateflow automatically and what used to take us ages is now a quick, slick process. If an item sells on one of the sites it is automatically unlisted from the other."

eBay bulk listing questions.

How many records can I list at once?+

You can select and publish as many drafts as your plan allows: 20 on the free plan, 250 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Elite. eBay's own selling limits on your account also apply.

Do I need to fill in an eBay CSV template?+

No. CrateFlow builds each listing from your Discogs data, so there's no spreadsheet to prepare or upload.

Can I check listings before they go live?+

Yes. CrateFlow creates drafts first. You can review and edit each one, then publish them together when you're ready.

What if some listings fail to publish?+

The publish progress view shows how many went live and flags any that failed with eBay's error message, such as a missing Business Policy, so you can fix and retry them.

Can I use my own photos?+

Yes. Upload photos to any draft and drag them into order. The first photo becomes the main image. Photos added to drafts are stored for 30 days, so publish within that window.

Does it work for CDs, cassettes and 7" singles?+

Yes. Each format goes into its matching eBay category, with a package size set for the format.
