Selling on Discogs and eBay shouldn't mean doing everything twice.

Listing on both platforms reaches more buyers. Managing both by hand means re-typing every listing and racing to delist a record before someone else buys it. CrateFlow connects the two.

One connection, your whole catalogue

Connect Discogs and eBay with secure sign-ins. CrateFlow pulls in your existing Discogs inventory, so you don't relist anything from scratch.

Listings filled in for you

Titles, artist, label, year, format, genre, catalogue number, barcode and record and sleeve grading come straight from Discogs.

Sold on one, gone from the other

Smart sync ends the eBay listing when a record sells on Discogs, and removes it from Discogs when it sells on eBay.

How it works

From Discogs to live on eBay in three steps.

STEP 1

Connect both accounts

Authorise Discogs and eBay from Settings. CrateFlow never sees your passwords. eBay needs shipping, payment and return Business Policies set up first, and CrateFlow tells you if any are missing.

STEP 2

Import and review drafts

Pick the records you want on eBay and create drafts. Check the title, condition, description, photos and package size before anything goes live.

STEP 3

Publish and let it sync

Publish one record or hundreds at once. From then on, smart sync keeps sales, prices and quantities matched between both shops.

Smart sync

Stop double-selling across Discogs and eBay.

Selling the same copy twice means a refund, an apology and often negative feedback. CrateFlow checks both platforms every hour and acts on every sale.

  • Multi-copy stock drops by one on both platforms instead of ending the listing.
  • Accepted Best Offers count as sold, so the record comes off Discogs too.
  • Sync Now in Settings runs a sync immediately when you don't want to wait for the hour.
  • Vacation Mode pauses syncing without breaking the link between your listings.

Price sync

Automatic price markup for eBay.

eBay fees and buyer expectations differ from Discogs. Set one markup in Settings and every eBay price follows your Discogs price, plus the margin you choose.

Change a price on Discogs and the eBay listing updates on the next sync, markup included. You manage pricing in one place.

What carries over

Your Discogs data, mapped to eBay properly.

eBay rewards complete listings. CrateFlow maps Discogs data to eBay's own fields for each marketplace, including local field names on eBay Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Item specifics

Artist, album name, release year, record label, format, genre, catalogue number (MPN) and barcode (UPC or EAN) where Discogs has one.

Condition and grading

Your Discogs media and sleeve grades become eBay's Record Grading and Sleeve Grading, and the eBay condition each category accepts.

Category and package size

Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and DVDs go to the right eBay category, with a package size and weight to match the format.

Your own photos

The Discogs cover image is used as artwork. Upload photos of your actual copy and drag them into order; the first one becomes the main image.

Your eBay marketplace

Choose the eBay site and currency you sell on, including US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Orders in one place

See Discogs and eBay orders in one dashboard and send tracking details to buyers without switching tabs.

Discogs is your master inventory. Make price, quantity and listing changes on Discogs and CrateFlow pushes them to eBay. Changes made directly on eBay aren't synced back, so ending a listing on eBay leaves it live on Discogs.

Discogs eBay integration questions.

Does CrateFlow work with my existing Discogs listings?+

Yes. CrateFlow imports your current Discogs inventory. You choose which records to bring into your dashboard and publish to eBay, so you don't relist anything from scratch.

How fast does the sync run?+

Smart sync runs automatically every hour. You can also trigger it straight away from Settings with Sync Now. It isn't instant, so a sale is picked up within the next sync cycle.

What happens if a record sells on eBay?+

On the next sync CrateFlow removes the listing from your Discogs inventory. If you have several copies, it lowers the quantity by one on both platforms instead.

Do I need an eBay Store?+

No. You need an eBay seller account with Business Policies for shipping, payment and returns. If you do have an eBay Store, you can assign listings to your Store categories.

Which eBay sites does it support?+

You pick your eBay marketplace and currency in Settings. Supported sites include eBay US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland and Poland.

Does it work for CDs and cassettes?+

Yes. Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and DVDs listed on Discogs each go into the matching eBay category with the conditions eBay accepts for it.

Can I edit prices on eBay?+

Make price changes on Discogs instead. Discogs is the source of truth, and CrateFlow doesn't pick up edits made directly on eBay, so they'd be overwritten or fall out of sync.

Is there a free plan?+

Yes. You can manage up to 20 active listings free, with no credit card. Paid plans start at $9 a month for 250 listings.
