To change a price, simply update it on Discogs. While CrateFlow performs an automated hourly sync to keep things up to date, if needed you can do a manual 'Sync' in your CrateFlow settings to trigger an immediate update after making changes. - **Can I upload my own images?** Yes. You can upload custom images to your listings to give buyers a better look at the exact item they're buying. Just note that images uploaded to drafts are stored for 30 days to manage server costs. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you want to downgrade, you'll need to be under the new plan's active listing limit first. If you have more listings than the new plan allows, you'll need to archive some listings before the downgrade can take effect - **What if I need more than 10,000 listings?** Reach out to us at support@crateflow.space and we'll sort something out. ### Billing & Cancellation - **How does billing work?** Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time - there are no long-term contracts. - **What happens if I cancel?** Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free tier, and any listings above the 20-item free limit will be archived (not deleted - they're still in your account). You can reactivate at any time to restore everything. - **Can I reactivate after cancelling?** Yes. If you change your mind before your billing period ends, you can reactivate with one click and nothing changes. If your period has already ended, you can simply subscribe again. ### Data & Security - **Is my Discogs and eBay data safe?** Yes. CrateFlow connects to both platforms using their official, secure authorization systems (OAuth). We never see or store your passwords.
